Age Requirement for Couple Booking:
Guests must be at least 20 years of age to make a reservation or check-in.(Applicable for couple only)
A valid government-issued photo ID showing proof of age is required at the time of booking and check-in for all guests.
Room Booking Requirement:
Each couple must book a separate room when traveling as part of a group involving two or more couples.
Sharing a single room among two couples is not permitted, regardless of room capacity.
Uneven group bookings may be subject to review and approval by the management to ensure compliance.
Management reserves the right to refuse bookings or entry if the couple ratio is not maintained, and refunds will be subject to the cancellation policy.
Refunds
Peak Period or Festival Period Bookings – No refunds are given on bookings cancelled within 3 days of arrival
The Red Rock residency Hotel will also charge the FULL amount at time of booking during these Peak Period nominated times.
Off-Peak and Shoulder Period Bookings – No refunds are given on bookings cancelled within 72 hours of arrival
There will be NO refunds if your stay is cut short for any reason
An extension of stay at the Hotel is liable to be offered at rate/offer applicable at the time the extension request is made. In case, the original offer at which the reservation was booked has expired at that time, the hotel is not liable to offer a room at the original rates but at current rates on offer.
Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or any change. The Customer is therefore advised to check the room description and any such conditions carefully prior to making a booking. Hotel shall not be liable to cancel or refund any monies or alter any bookings if booking is made under such privileged booking rates or special offers.
Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account of the Customer using the same payment mode (i.e. debit card/ credit card/ net-banking and any electronic mode) by which the booking was made by the Customer. The refund process may take 10-15 business days.
Check in and check out
Please notify in the event of late arrival. Arrivals will only be accepted when the Hotel is open for trade.
Standard check- in time is after 12.00PM. The name of the booking (or nominee) must be the person checking in.
Standard check- out time by 11.00am.
Late check-out up to 11.00 am is at the discretion of the Hotel manager and must be requested the night before check out.
Late check out after 11.00am will incur the full rate of one (1) nights’ accommodation.
Others
Additional persons (including infants) will incur an additional charge
Children are allowed onsite but must be accompanied by legal guardian /parent.
Pet Owner Responsibilities
Be 100% responsible for their pet’s behaviour, well-being and hygiene at all times
Responsibilty and cleaniness of dog in the room should be taken care of dog owner only.
Be legally and financially responsible for any damage caused by your pet
Ensure your pet is not left unattended for extended periods of time that cause the pet to become stressed and act out.
